- Assist the Sales Education team with logistics and organization of education events for Instruments
- Work with Marketing Communications to expand the online sales training program
- Partner with brand teams to support new product launches
- Help develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and other supportive documents
- Conduct research to identify new training opportunities and best practices for sales education
- Assist with tracking and reporting on the success of the sales education program
- Support the Sales Education team in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Attend and participate in sales education events as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Currently pursuing a university degree, in education, business or any medical related field
- Proficient in English, additional languages would be advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Adaptable to a changing environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to work with cross-functional partners developing positive working relationships
