We are looking for an enthusiastic employee who wants to work as a sales employee at Seafarma, located in Hoogvliet (3 minutes walking distance from the Tussenwater metro stop).

You do not have to source new customers but provide and excellent service to our loyal client base.

Seafarma is a medical wholesaler that supplies ships with medicines and medical supplies. We are looking for a new colleague who will join our friendly team of pharmacy assistants and sales associates. The position can be filled immediately.


You will work in Seafarma's sales department and you are the direct link between our returning customer database and the company.

You buy and sell medicines, medical supplies and other products. You are in contact with the customer to process orders, make quotes, provide advice and arrange other matters. You are also in contact with partners and suppliers to provide services and products.


A new employee should preferably have an MBO diploma or an equivalent diploma from another country and use his/her knowledge to meet the customer's medical needs.

You will, among others, carry out the following activities:

  • Making quotations for various customers.
  • Purchasing medicines and medical supplies.
  • Selling medicines and medical supplies.
  • Searching for the right medicines and offering alternative remedies if an ordered medicine is not available. We even buy medicines outside Europe.
  • Receiving and processing orders/orders.
  • Be allround involved in the daily activities of Seafarma.
Job requirements

  • You prefer to have at least an MBO diploma 3.
Extras

  • Full reimbursement for travel expenses.
  • Fulltimer is preferred (5 days40 hours a week) but 32 hours would also be possible (4 days a week).
