Architecting, developing, implementing, and delivering qualitysoftware into an externally facing client product. Providing code quality assurance. Making decisions on code architecture and design. Conducting regularcode reviews.Promoting code collaboration and engagement among the development team.Establish standard coding guidelines and ensure they are followed bythe team. Estimating time for tasks assigned to team members and set deadlinesaccordingly. Ensure the developers meet the pre-set deadlines regularly. Ensuringthe maintenance of any bugs or issuesRequirements : 7+ years of experience in software development. Proven expertise in HTML/CSS, JavaScript/AJAX, common libraries(jQuery, Angular, Bootstrap, etc.), and debugging tools (Firebug, Fiddler,etc.). Experience in LAMP stack [Laravel], and core PHP is preferred. Solid experience in building sites to function cross-platform andcross-browser. Experience with building database-driven applications and websites.Experience in ensuring code standards. Intellectual curiosity to learn about current trends and best practicesin front-end architecture, including performance, accessibility andusability. Good Understanding of security practices. Experience or interest inReact and React Native. Any other additional stack knowledge [MEAN/MERN] isa plus.
