    Overview

    BUZZ is a fast-growing power bank sharing network combining a mobile app and Tap-to-Rent POS technology.

    The network operates across HoReCa, retail, transport hubs, malls, hotels and event venues, allowing users to rent a power bank in one location and return it anywhere across the network.

    As BUZZ scales within a country, commercial complexity increases: multiple sales channels, regional teams, enterprise partners, franchises and a growing installed base that must convert into predictable revenue.

    The Sales Director role exists to make sales systemic, controlled and scalable.

    Role Mission

    The Sales Director is responsible for all sales execution within the country.

    This role owns how BUZZ sells across channels, how sales teams perform against plan, and how commercial growth translates into locations, revenue and contribution margin, in alignment with operational capacity and country strategy.

    The Sales Director does not own the country P&L - but is fully accountable for delivering the sales part of it.

    How this role works in the hierarchy

    • Country Manager owns full country P&L, strategy and final decisions
    • Sales Director owns sales strategy execution and delivery
    • COO ensures operational scalability, discipline and alignment
    • Sales Director sits between strategy and execution: translating country targets into concrete sales plans and making sure teams hit them.

    What you are responsible for

    Sales Strategy & Planning (within the country framework)

    You translate country-level objectives into a clear, realistic sales plan: how many locations must be signed, through which channels, in which regions, at what pace, and with what expected revenue contribution.

    • Key & National Accounts
    • Franchise sales
    • Strategic and enterprise deals

    Your responsibility is to ensure balanced, sustainable growth - not chaotic expansion.

    You lead all sales teams in the country and are accountable for their output.

    This includes setting clear targets, structuring territories and portfolios, defining sales priorities, and running a disciplined sales cadence. You ensure CRM hygiene, pipeline visibility and honest forecasting.

    You regularly review performance with managers and intervene when results are off track - through focus, structure, coaching or personnel decisions.

    Locations, Revenue & Plan Delivery

    You are accountable for delivering agreed sales KPIs:

    • new partner locations signed
    • stations deployed through sales pipeline
    • revenue generated by new and existing partners
    • execution against monthly and quarterly sales plans
    • Sales performance is measured not just by volume, but by quality: locations that go live, generate rentals and fit BUZZ unit economics.
    • You work closely with Operations and Finance to ensure sales decisions make economic sense.
    • You understand how pricing, revenue share, location type and station mix affect contribution margin and EBITDA.
    • You prevent low-quality deals from entering the network and help clean up underperforming parts of the sales portfolio.

    Key & Strategic Accounts

    You personally oversee the most important sales relationships in the country: national chains, large HoReCa groups, malls, developers and franchise partners.

    You support Country Manager in strategic negotiations and may lead them directly where deep sales expertise is required.

    Who this role is for

    This role is for a senior sales leader, comfortable operating one level below GM, but owning a critical function.

    You are strong in execution, disciplined in management, and pragmatic in decision-making. You know how to run sales as a machine - not as hero-driven chaos.

    Experience & profile

    • 6+ years in B2B sales leadership roles
    • Experience managing multi-channel sales teams
    • Background in HoReCa, retail, infrastructure, POS, vending, telecom, mobility or similar fields
    • Strong understanding of funnels, KPIs and commercial efficiency
    • Proven ability to deliver plans through teams
    • Personally, you are structured, demanding but fair, and comfortable being accountable for results.
