- Duties include receiving, checking and processing customer orders.
- Managing depot stocks, matching customer orders with stocks, and resolving excess stock at retail depots.
- Consulting with customers on schedules and complaints.
- Managing waiting times, planning for customers, and cost tracking.
- Arranging shipments, checking customer balances, and daily analyses of collection and depot issue plans.
- Reporting deviations and suggesting improvements to optimize the supply chain.
- Participating in various projects as needed.
- Minimum MBO work and thinking level in the direction of logistics or supply chain.
- Command of German and English in word and writing, Dutch is a plus.
- Knowledge of Excel.
- Not afraid to show initiative, creative and communicative strong.
- Customer and service-oriented.
- Available for a minimum of 32 hours.
