    Introduction:

    The role:

    Lineage is recruiting for a Manager in Pricing and Revenue Management to join our growing team This role requires a high degree of logical thinking, research, communication and multi-tasking. In this role, the Manager will lead high visibility reporting, play a crucial part in strengthening Lineage's commercial systems foundation, and support commercial pricing in order to grow business and increase margins.

    You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Accounting, FP&A, and IT in order to report key results and play a role in the development of core systems that better support our growing business. You will succeed due to being independently driven and intellectually curious. Your strong communication skills, process driven approach, and customer service mentality allow you to confidently support strong decision making by Lineage leadership.

    This is a hybrid role based in our office in Rotterdam, Amsterdam or Bergen op Zoom and will be reporting into the Director of Pricing and Revenue Management.

    About you:

    Responsibilities:

  • Lead discussions with sales and operations to develop pricing strategies that help Lineage "win" in the marketplace.
  • Partner with senior commercial leaders as their financial liaison, providing support, training and consultation as needed.
  • Develop accurate financial (pricing) models that help Lineage understand costs, margins, and risks associated with pricing decisions.
  • Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support.
  • Improve financial margins by proactively analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
  • Consolidate, validate, analyze and report key non-financial metrics.
  • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials.
  • Market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps
  • Create executive dashboards and reports that show how we are tracking against our pricing goals.
  • Help drive system and process improvements that better accomplish the above.

  • Must have the ability to be "hands on," including directly developing financial models and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to solve practical problems and analyze processes for improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence within a cross-functional matrix organization
  • Experience in leading organizations to drive change
  • Ability to drive projects, develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work.
  • It would be beneficial with knowledge within supply chain, cold storage, or food industry but not a must
  • Naturally collaborative and defines success as a team
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Workday, Salesforce)
  • Fluent in English and strong verbal and written communication skills
