Your job as Team LeadSales Back Office:
As the Team Lead forthe Sales Back Office, you will oversee and enhance the efficiencyof all sales back-office operations. Your role is crucialin:

• managing and developing theSales Back Office team, ensuring compliance to high standards andsmooth operation.
• overseeing the entire salesorder process, utilising SAP and ensuring timely fulfilment oforders across regional distribution centers in Spain andItaly.
• serving as a vital link between thesales department and other internal teams, ensuring cohesiveoperation and excellent service delivery.

What do you bring to thetable?
We are looking for a leader whowill cover a maternity leave for 1 year One who is not only adeptat managing teams, but also excels in strategic planning andoperational efficiency. You should have:

• at least 5 years' experience in an operations managementrole within an international setting.
• strongability in SAP and MS Office.
• excellentanalytical skills with experience in managing business data anddriving process improvements.
• effectivecommunication skills, with fluency in English.
