    Hi Team Manager

    Als Teamleider Inbound en Outbound zet jij je kwaliteiten in voor de aansturing van onze medewerkers en weet jij als geen ander het beste uit je team te halen. Je geeft leiding aan de administratief medewerkers en customer service medewerkers die werken in het callcenter voor Budget Thuis zodat zij optimaal hun werk kunnen doen. Je geeft deze klantenservice medewerkers feedback waardoor je ze beter en effectiever laat functioneren door hun vaardigheden te vergroten. Als teamleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van operationele KPI's en medewerkerstevredenheid en, je rapporteert aan de Delivery Manager. Heb je werkervaring als Teamleider of manager in een klantenservice omgeving/callcenter en ben je toe aan een toffe uitdaging waarbij je bezig bent met het coachen, motiveren en inspireren van jouw team?     Wie ben je?

    • Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau en ervaring als Teamleider / coach in een callcenter of in de klantenservice of als supervisor.
    • Je verzorgt de communicatie met en aan de Agents op het gebied van resultaten, kwaliteitsscore, ziekteverzuim, re-integratie, rooster, etc.
    • Je bent een vraagbaak voor de callcenter agents m.b.t. de voortgang van lopende projecten en processen. Je zorgt ervoor dat zij over relevante informatie beschikken.
    • Je hebt ervaring in de callcenter branche of klantenservice als bijvoorbeeld supervisor.
    • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het groepstarget van het betreffende project.
    • Wanneer resultaten achterblijven, zoek je actief en gestructureerd naar de mogelijke oorzaken en kom je met weloverwogen oplossingen.
    • Je voert kwaliteitsmonitoring uit en aansluitend coach je de agents op de verbeterpunten.
    • Je bent in staat om zowel individueel als in groepen trainingen te geven in het verantwoord en bewust gebruik van gesprek- en mailtechnieken en project specifieke kennis in het callcenter.
    • Je begeleidt als supervisor nieuwe callcenter medewerkers en brengt ze op de hoogte van de cultuur en de werkwijze van Custom Connect en draagt dit op een positieve wijze uit.

    • Een salaris tussen de 2600 euro bruto en 3000 euro bruto waarbij gekeken wordt naar opleiding en ervaring.
