- Aan de hand van tekeningen, werkorders en specificaties bedien jij zelfstandig de CNC-bewerkingscentra;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zodanig instellen van de machine dat het verspaningsproces optimaal verloopt volgens de voorgeschreven procedures en programma's;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van het product en het productieproces en je voert de voorgeschreven kwaliteits-/controleprocedures uit;
- Je bepaalt zelfstandig op basis van inzicht en ervaring de werkvolgorde;
- Je voert (preventief) onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit aan machines, gereedschappen en spanmiddelen.
- Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding op MBO niveau, in de richting van metaalbewerking, werktuigbouwkunde of fijnmechanica;
- Je beschikt over ruime verspaningservaring, waarvan minimaal 4 jaar CNC-frezen;
- Je beschikt over ruime machinebesturingskennis, ruimtelijk inzicht en kennis en ervaring van materialen;
- Je beschikt over kennis en kunde m.b.t. vorm- en plaatstoleranties, gangbare meetmiddelen en kwaliteitssystemen;
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden, grote mate van zelfstandigheid, inzicht, accuratesse en teamgeest;
- Je werkt in de dagdienst of in het verschoven werktijden systeem. KMWE staat bekend om het speciale verschoven werktijdensysteem op onze freesafdeling. De machinegroepen hier draaien 6 dagen per week (ma t/m za) en jij draait een volledige werkweek in 3 dagen. Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor een optimale bezetting van de machine en de indeling van je werkdagen.

Als Allround Machine Operator Milling ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig instellen en bedienen van de meest geavanceerde machines. Je maakt gebruik van 5-assige freesmachines voor het produceren en leveren van complexe producten binnen de high tech industrie volgens de hoogst mogelijke nauwkeurigheden. Tevens denk je mee in de bewerkingsstrategie, gereedschapskeuze, methode van opspannen en kwaliteitsbeoordeling. Binnen KMWE beschikken we over een state-of-the-art machinepark en wij investeren continue in ontwikkeling van medewerkers en ons high tech machinepark. We beschikken over 5-assige bewerkingscentra van Grob, Makino, Unisign, DMG en Hermle waarvan een aantal robot gestuurd.
