    Voor een groot aantal toonaangevende schildersbedrijven in de regio Den Bosch die gespecialiseerd zijn in onderhoudsschilderwerk voor zowel Particulieren als VVE"s en Woningbouwcoorperaties zijn wij op zoek naar onderhoudsschilders. Met focus op kwaliteit, vakmanschap en klanttevredenheid streven de opdrachtgevers om de verwachtingen van hun klanten te overtreffen en langdurige relaties op te bouwen. We zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en ervaren onderhoudsschilder om ons team te versterken.

    Functieomschrijving: Als onderhoudsschilder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van diverse schilderwerkzaamheden aan woningen, gebouwen en andere structuren. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:

    • Voorbereiden van oppervlakken door schuren, plamuren en reinigen
    • Aanbrengen van verf, lak en andere coatings met behulp van verschillende technieken
    • Repareren van beschadigde plekken en het vervangen van houtwerk indien nodig
    • Naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften en gebruik maken van beschermende uitrusting
    • Samenwerken met collega's en leidinggevenden om projecten efficiënt en op tijd af te ronden
    • Zorgdragen voor een nette en opgeruimde werkplek

    Kwalificaties:

    • Aantoonbare ervaring als onderhoudsschilder
    • Grondige kennis van schildertechnieken, materialen en gereedschappen
    • In staat om zelfstandig te werken en ook goed in teamverband
    • Klantgerichte houding en oog voor detail
    • Geldig rijbewijs B is een pluspunt
