For our client – a world known food company, we are currently recruiting for an International Business Manager who would be managing the Franchise partner's results by providing support, coaching and strategy consulting to help set up and meet business objectives.

The role will involve a lot of cross-functional collaboration and relationship management.

Ensure regional objectives are met through flawless execution of business plans
Lead business planning process for cross-functional collaboration
Implement changes to policies and contracts in partnership with legal
Manage variance process and ensure franchisee compliance
Utilize reporting tools to guide franchisees in improving business results
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
~Skilled in interpreting financial statements and strong analytical abilities
~ Excellent English language skills, fluency in German is a plus
~ Experienced in leading and motivating teams to achieve results
