Voor ons juridisch service center zoeken wij een Teammanager die een team van 25 Juridisch Adviseurs aanstuurt. Daarbij ben je onderdeel van het MT, verantwoordelijk voor bepaalde projecten binnen jouw aandachtsgebied en help je mee om de visie van DAS uit te dragen, namelijk; het recht toegankelijk maken voor iedereen
Dit ga je doen als Teammanager Juridisch Servicecenter
In de rol van Teammanager ben je een daadkrachtige, faciliterende en coachend leidinggevende. Jij zorgt voor een optimaal werkklimaat voor de adviseurs en specialisten, zodat zij alle tools hebben om het beste uit zichzelf te halen voor onze klanten. Alle binnenkomende juridische vraagstukken worden opgepakt vanuit een gezamenlijke werkvoorraad door jouw team. Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van resultaten, assisteert bij praktische oplossingen en viert successen samen met je team. Iedereen in jouw team moet de kans krijgen zelf dingen op te pakken, te verbeteren of zich te ontplooien.

Samen met de andere Teammanagers Juridisch Service Center maak je deel uit van het MT JSC en heb je een sleutelrol in de verdere opbouw van het Juridisch Servicecenter als bedrijfsonderdeel van DAS. Je pakt jouw verantwoordelijkheid binnen het team van Juridische Hulpverlening en communiceert over verbetermogelijkheden binnen jouw aandachtsgebied. Je pakt proactief relevante signalen in de organisatie op en vertaalt deze naar concrete (verbeter)acties. Bij jouw werkzaamheden heb je het team en het klantbelang altijd als uitgangspunt en verliest het DAS-belang daarbij niet uit het oog.
Waar kom je terecht
Het Juridisch Service Center bestaat uit drie onderdelen, namelijk Juridische Intake, Administratieve Intake en Klantenservice.
Deze Teammanager rol is onderdeel van het team Juridische Intake en je geeft leiding aan een team van maximaal 25 medewerkers. Je team bestaat uit Juridisch Adviseurs op de rechtsgebieden Arbeid & Inkomen en Contracten, Wonen en Bestuur. De Juridisch Adviseurs geven eerste en tweedelijns juridisch advies en beoordelen de dekking. De Juridisch Specialisten coachen en trainen de Juridisch Adviseurs inhoudelijk en behandelen zelf de meer complexe geschillen.
Het Juridisch Servicecenter vormt samen met Interne Rechtshulp en Externe Juridische Diensten de keten van Juridische Hulpverlening van DAS. Het Juridisch Servicecenter is gevestigd op twee locaties in Amsterdam en in Den Bosch. Er wordt van je verwacht dat je wekelijks in Amsterdam aanwezig bent. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch en informeel juridisch service center, waar het eerste klantcontact plaatsvindt.
