- Supervise and participate in production and operational processes.
- Ensure that production meets health, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor the production process, make routine process checks, and adjust schedules as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficiency in all parts of the production process.
- Train and supervise production line workers.
- Increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality.
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce cost and increase productivity.
- Manage and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
- Proven experience as a fabrication or production supervisor or CNC lead or similar role.
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools like CNC machines, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of the working properties of Aluminum, Steel, and PET.
- Familiarity with architectural products and their production processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
