We are a small plastics company located in Susteren, specializing in the production of plastic bags. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in the production area.

Position Overview:

As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for filling bags with plastic material and moving them onto pallets.

This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to lift bags weighing up to 20kg.

The position will involve working in 3 shifts:
Nights (22:30 - 06:45), Afternoons (14:30 - 22:45), and Mornings (06:30 - 14:45).

Responsibilities:

Fill bags with plastic material according to production standards
Move filled bags onto pallets using appropriate equipment
Ensure product quality by adhering to company standards and procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries

Requirements:

Physically fit and capable of lifting bags weighing up to 20kg
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet production targets
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
Willingness to work in rotating shifts (Nights, Afternoons, Mornings)
Reliable transportation to and from the workplace

Benefits:
