- Support Sales/FAE for Standard Server and OEM system business practices.
- Provide support to define customer requirements, develop and drive localized/customized server products to full product life cycle.
- Support product configuration and design.
- Utilize strong project management and technical leadership to drive server product development and solution optimization for EMEA sales.
- Lead cross-function teams for post-sales supports such as RMA, failure analysis, ECO implementations, etc.
- Provide documentation and technical know-how to support Standard and OEM system production lines.
- Technical background and education: BS or MS in Engineering or Physical Science
- 4+ years of Computer Systems Technology or related experience
- Experienced in configuring server systems or OEM business for electronic appliances
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership to provide full project support
- Superior communication and teamwork skills; Fluency in English required, additional languages (Dutch, German, French, Mandarin, etc.) preferred.
- Able to work flexible hours engaging European teams

Supermicro is looking for a System Product Engineer/Manager to enable European pre-sales and post-sales system solutions activities. Two primary focuses are supporting Sales / FAE standard product configuration solutions and managing customized OEM configuration life cycle. The System Product Manager will work closely with customers to win projects, collaborate with different departments such as Sales, FAE, Lab, to provide a smooth operation. The position is located in our European office in 's-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.
