For the role of SeniorSupply Chain Data Analyst we are looking for someone that has thefollowing knowledge andcompetences:

• You have advancedanalytical, visualization and data processingskills;
• You have proven to be able to structurecomplex datasets, run extensive analysis on these and visualize theresults to support business decisionmaking;
• You have experience with SQL and areproficient on reporting solutions and tools like PowerBI, Tableau,Alteryx and Excel. For this role it is necessary that you haveexperience with these tools;
• Experience withbig data technologies (such as Spark, Airflow, Snowflake, ML, etc.)and advanced coding Python) is a pré);
• You havestrong interpersonal skills. You have the ability to clearlycommunicate with and influence various levels within the matrixorganization. You have clear examples of situations where you haveinfluenced x-functional stakeholders throughyour
• You work independently and have shown yourentrepreneurial and innovative mindset, with a sustainable,end-to-end approach to problem solving;

what will youdo

As a Senior Supply Chain DataAnalyst you enable and inspire the EMEA Operations teams to makedata-driven decisions. With your technical expertise in analyticaltools and programming languages, you support the creation ofimpactful insights, and increase analytical maturity throughcoaching and knowledge sharing. You proactively engage andcollaborate with stakeholders in x-functional teams and are able toinfluence improvements through fact-based, compellingstorytelling.

You will drive performancemanagement and analytics projects related to Operations. Youpartner with business teams and guide them on the data &analytics solutions and opportunities that will support theirstrategic ambitions. You are in charge of measuring, diagnosing,and recommending solutions to improve business performance metrics.Together with team members, you identify business & operationalopportunities, understand drivers, collect data, run analysis, andmeasure the impact. Throughout this, you will ensure continuousalignment and communication on progress & expectations with thevarious teams and functions involved.

- Collaborate with key partners such asbusiness users, other SC Analysts and the central Insights andAnalytics team to understand requirements and improve opportunitiesto drive knowledge into action.
- Build sustainable andscalable data products in partnership with tech teams, datascientists and business users.

Below youwill find some tasks:

• You createvisibility for the teams to do their job. You create reports anddashboards, provide insights and build tools whereneeded;
• You focus on performance; youunderstand the supply chain critical metrics, drive concreteactions to improve these and understanding the end-to-end supplychain dynamics;
• You transform data intoinsights to support business decisions. You leverage analyticalinsights to tell compelling stories and recommend decisions thathelp achieving business priorities of the functionalteams;
• You support operational and businesspriorities by building and implementing innovative and effectivesolutions to supply chain challenges andopportunities;
• You are actively involved infostering a data community culture. You train members in how togenerate insights for tactical and operational decision-making andembedding it in their day to dayactivities.

Nike maintains a hybrid workingmodel, 3 days in the office, 2 days fromhome.
