    Beschrijving van het bedrijf

    DYKA is veel meer dan alleen maar een productie- en verkooporganisatie van kunststof leidingsystemen en hulpstukken. Door water, lucht en andere energiebronnen op een betrouwbare, efficiënte en duurzame manier te transporteren, dragen wij elke dag ons steentje bij tot een betere planeet . Bovendien doen we dit met gerecycleerd of recycleerbare materialen . Wij kunnen dan ook met trots zeggen dat we "Nature's Network" zijn.

    DYKA Nederland is een toonaangevende productie- en verkooporganisatie van kunststof leidingsystemen (PVC, PE en PP). De productie, centrale distributie, verkoopafdelingen en overige stafdiensten zijn gevestigd op het hoofdkantoor in Steenwijk. Verder zorgen 21 regionale verkoopvestigingen voor servicegerichte verkoop en toelevering aan handelaren, aannemers, installateurs, overheidsinstanties, nutsbedrijven en de industrie.

    Functieomschrijving

    Ben jij op zoek naar een leuke uitdaging waar techniek, logistiek en klantcontact elkaar ontmoet? En dat in een gezellig team in de omgeving Den Bosch? Kijk niet verder DYKA is voor onze vestiging in Den Bosch op zoek naar een vestigingsmedewerker voor 40 uur per week.

    Als vestigingsmedewerker ben je van alle markten thuis. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verzamelen van bestellingen van klanten, zowel in het magazijn als op het buitenterrein. Daarnaast help je onze klanten aan de balie. Jij staat hen te woord, geeft advies en zorgt voor een goede afhandeling van hun bestellingen. Daarnaast draag je zorg voor het beheer van de voorraad en de orde en netheid van de vestiging.

    Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je verzamelt bestellingen voor klanten in het magazijn en de buitenopslag.
  • Je verzamelt, bundelt en stapelt kooien met de heftruck.
  • Je bent bezig met het laden en lossen van vrachtwagens.
  • Je adviseert balieklanten over producten en diensten van DYKA.
  • Je ontvangt leveranciers voor het magazijn.
  • Je verzamelt orders en verwerkt deze administratief is ons systeem.
  • Je houdt een oogje in het zeil voor de veiligheid op onze vestiging.

    • Functie-eisen

  • Je hebt affiniteit met techniek en/of bouw.
  • Je bent handig op de heftruck of het lijkt je leuk om dit te leren.
  • Je vind het leuk om direct contact te hebben met onze eindgebruikers. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan installateurs, aannemers of grond- weg- en waterbouwers.
  • Je bent communicatief en kunt goed luisteren naar de behoeften van de klant.
  • Je bent collegiaal en positief ingesteld.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands.
