    Voor de afdeling Acceptatie zoeken wij dan ook een echte aanpakker, die samen met de gezellige collega's ervoor zorgt dat de aangeboden risico's op een juiste manier worden beoordeelt.
    Functie omschrijving:
    Je zorgt met jouw kennis en ervaring voor een klantgerichte beoordeling van verzekeringsaanvragen. Op de acceptatie afdeling is er een gevarieerd werkaanbod, waarbij je medeverantwoordelijk bent voor de gehele acceptatiebeleid. Je onderhoud nauw contact met zowel de tussenpersonen als met de eindklanten.

    Jij bent:
    - Iemand die klanttevredenheid hoog in het vaandel heeft staan;
    - Proactief en gemotiveerd, je denkt in oplossingen en neemt initiatief;
    - Op communicatief vlak uitstekend onderlegd en bent in staat om op verschillende niveaus met belanghebbende partijen te schakelen;
    - Bekend met het werken in een omgeving waar je veel aan de telefoon zit;
    - Betrokken, alert en je hebt een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
    Functie eisen:
    • Je bent in het bezit van een WFT Basis en WFT Schade (particulier/ zakelijk) diploma of bereid deze te behalen
    • Ben je niet in het bezit van diploma's, dan is ervaring een must
    • Je hebt uiteraard affiniteit met motoren en met mensen
    • Je bent communicatief vaardig aan de telefoon en via de mail
    • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als in schrift
