    Functie­omschrijving

    Een uniek kijkje nemen achter de schermen bij de Belastingdienst en je verdiepen in onze werkprocessen. Dat doe je als stagiair business administration & control specialist bij de Belastingdienst in Arnhem, Breda, Eindhoven, Maastricht, Middelburg of Venlo. Tijdens deze (afstudeer)stage krijg jij de kans om meer te leren, over het vak en over jezelf. Voeg jij deze unieke ervaring toe aan jouw cv?

    Dit doe je bij de Belastingdienst

    Je loopt stage vanaf september bij de directie Midden- en Kleinbedrijf. Een plek waar je veelt leert en jezelf verder ontwikkelt. Je maakt kennis met onze processen en je krijgt inzicht in de verschillende onderdelen van onze handhavingsactiviteiten. Als je de processen door hebt, start je in Arnhem, Breda, Eindhoven en Maastricht samen met je collega's met het beoordelen van aangiften en bezwaarschriften. Daarbij leer je welke invloed het handelen van de Belastingdienst heeft op de compliance van burgers en van ondernemingen.

    Bij de controle in Eindhoven en Middelburg laat een collega na de kennismaking met de Belastingdienst als werkgever graag zien hoe het dagelijkse werk eruit ziet. Deze controlemedewerker voert boekenonderzoeken uit bij verschillende mkb-bedrijven en leert je wat een boekenonderzoek precies betekent en hoe je dat goed en nauwkeurig kunt doen. Zo krijg je inzicht in waar je op moet letten, wat belangrijk is en hoe je verbanden herkent. Het doel van een boekenonderzoek is inzicht krijgen in de financiële administratie van een bedrijf. Hierbij onderzoek je ook of de financiële risicos zijn gedekt. Daarna verwerk je jouw conclusies in een rapportage. Heb je tijdens het uitvoeren van jouw opdrachten vragen? Je stagebegeleider en andere collegas helpen je graag.

    Functie-eisen

  • Je zit in het derde jaar van de mbo-opleiding Business Administration & Control Specialist.
  • Je hebt goede kennis van basisadministratie.
  • Je bent beschikbaar om stage te lopen op de locatie in Arnhem, Breda, Eindhoven, Maastricht, Middelburg of Venlo.

    Bij stages langer dan een maand, heb je recht op vakantie uren op jaarbasis bij een werkweek van 40 uur. De periode van de stage, startdatum en het aantal uren per week worden bepaald in overleg met de student/opleiding. Schrijft jouw onderwijsinstelling voor dat je geen stage volgt tijdens de door jouw instelling aangewezen vakantieperioden? Dan ben je verplicht vakantie te nemen tijdens die perioden. Is de vakantie-aanspraak daartoe ontoereikend? Dan wordt de stagevergoeding naar evenredigheid verlaagd.

    Bijzonderheden

    Wanneer je solliciteert bij de Belastingdienst, is het belangrijk dat je voldoet aan de functie-eisen. Vermeld deze duidelijk in je cv. Om stage te lopen bij de Belastingdienst, moet je een stageovereenkomst en geheimhoudingsverklaring ondertekenen en een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) overhandigen. De stagiair en de onderwijsinstelling moeten de in de stageovereenkomst vastgestelde geheimhoudingsplicht in acht nemen.

    Graag ontvangen we je motivatiebrief, cv en stageopdracht tijdig in een Word-, Excel- of Pdf-bestand. De stagevacature wordt gesloten zodra voldoende geschikte studenten zijn geselecteerd.

    Jouw sollicitatie wordt alleen in behandeling genomen als je reageert via de daarvoor bestemde sollicitatiebutton en alle benodigde documenten zijn toegevoegd.

  • Je motivatie voor en doel van deze stage.
  • De begin- en einddatum van jouw stage.
  • Het aantal uur per week dat je beschikbaar bent.
  • Benoem je eerste en tweede voorkeurslocatie.

    • Als je al eerder stage gelopen hebt bij de Belastingdienst, vermeld dan ook de naam van je toenmalige stagebegeleider.

    We houden, voor zover mogelijk, rekening met jouw voorkeurslocatie en voorkeursdirectie, maar kunnen plaatsing op deze locatie niet garanderen.
