Werkzaamheden Senior Support Engineer Den Bosch
Als senior support engineer vervul je een coördinerende en adviserende rol bij het inrichten van de, hoofdzakelijk, windows infrastructuren. Dit bij een gespecialiseerde en succesvolle ICT dienstverlener met zo'n 100+ medewerkers. Er wordt van je verwacht dat je proactief meedenkt en advies levert over technisch verbeteringen die de ICT infrastructuur tot een hoger niveau tillen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan voor een groot gedeelte uit het remote support leveren aan de omgevingen van de externe klanten. Je bent hierbij verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en natuurlijk oplossen van complexe problemen. We zoeken daarvoor een klantgerichte, zelfstandige en verantwoordelijke kandidaat die de ambitie heeft om met de nieuwste hard- en software te werken binnen een informele maar zeker professionele werkomgeving.
