- At least 1 year of experience leading a team in a restaurant/ bar/ café;
- Minimum 1-year experience in a concept-restaurant;
- Able to manage conflict and resolve guest complaints;
- You are service- and guest-oriented;
- Innovative, trustworthy, and objective;
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays;
- Pleasant, positive, and open attitude;
- Very good command of English, Dutch is an advantage.
