Introduction to the job:

Create group internal communication plan and organization for the group split.

Role and responsibilities:

Helping person for team building / network development setup in a large group of EDEV.

Create story board with exercises, team event(s) and workout sessions to improve the internal stakeholder management and knowledge base on processes and knowledge.

Excute together with Groupslead and teamleader these events and be the assitant for organisation (send out invites, setup rooms, break sessions, report open issues / actions).

Facilitate managers/team lead in structure plan to create awareness of the change in the group.

Education and experience:

Strong communication skills, no experience needed.

Skills:

Strong communication skills, knowledge of media/presentations
