As a Learning & Development Content Creation Intern you'll be responsible to liaise with Process owners and Direct managers to determine training needs and create Training plan & content

What you'll do

Learning:

• Support with design and delivery of training courses, workshops, and assessment.
• Help prepare educational materials such as learning modules, summaries, videos, test, online webinars.
• Support with seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, etc.
• Implementation of e-learning environment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Development:

• Monitor employee performance and response to training.
• Keep attendance and other training records.
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
• Create consolidated quarterly & annual training effectiveness report.
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
• Support on certification program for internal sales force and external partners.
• Administrative work, document flow management related to L&D activities.

Your qualifications

• University degree (in progress), Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Design, Media or related studies.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluency in English.
• Eager to learn more creating contents such as video creation and editing
• Willingness to develop communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Organizational and time management abilities.
• Critical thinking and detail oriented.
