    Job Description

    The position of Global Talent Manager is part of HR Talent Management: an incredibly diverse team that helps each other learn, grow and develop. As a Global Talent Manager you will be asked to drive the development and implementation of the company's talent strategy. For this, we need you to be a knowledgeable professional with strong interpersonal skills and a drive for success. Know that you'll have a crucial role in creating and protecting the impact we look for in our value chain. With this said, we'd like you to take responsibility over the following tasks:

    • Explore industry trends to develop and implement the global talent strategy, in alignment with the company's people strategy, and develop a consistent talent development philosophy in line with our work culture and organizational objectives.
    • Leverage data to gain insights into company performance and to translate into Talent strategy updates
    • Build capability by leading communications, tools and training on key people processes globally by engaging senior key stakeholders and managing improvements in processes, tools and systems.
    • Be responsible to drive the Talent Review Process; provide active support to HR Business Partners and build HR Business Partner capabilities for running the Talent Review Process; define measurement and follow-up throughout the year. Support Senior Leadership in the development, deployment of strategy, process and tools for talent identification, assessment, development and career planning and critical roles management.
    • Lead (global) deployment of successful programs and initiatives that support and accelerate the growth of the company's talent delivered at consistent quality level against agreed costs, including developing program updates, planning and delivering Train-the-Trainer sessions and developing and implementing measurement approach to drive business impact.
    • Identify and lead various complex, large projects and initiatives that support key people processes. Drive best-practice sharing in the Talent area across the globe.
    • Cascade the overall key people process principles of the company to the local organization (in close co-operation with the Regional Head of HR and local HR managers) and provide guidance to countries through local HR managers in handling talent management questions and issues.
    • Embody the values of the company and ensure compliance with international & local HR corporate policies & procedures (including deep understanding and strict adherence to guidelines on 'Combined Business Model').
    Qualifications

    • Education: Master's degree in business, organization development, HR, Psychology, or related fields.
    • Minimum 7-10 years working experience in an international environment, preferably 2-3 years in an HR Business Partner role;
    • Achievement orientation - high drive/ambition to succeed.
    • Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
    • Proven experience in performance management, talent management and succession planning in a matrixed, multinational organization
    • Proven experience in impactful stakeholder management, ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proven experience in project management, managing multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously.
    • Strong understanding of global talent trends and best practices
    • Strong analytic & data skills – ability to leverage key data into talent insights
    • Excellent English language skills.
