Your daily Action:

With more than 2500 stores, 14 distribution centres, hubs, crossdocks and an ambitious growth plan, our supply chain is always evolving.

Such changes include removing bottlenecks in the processes and systems, such as improving our transport capacity or resolving errors in our planning tool.

As a Process Expert, you will take an active approach to implementing optimisations and improvements for transport department, with a focus on simplicity and scalability.

Your team will be the first point of contact for system-related questions or issues, and you will work closely with IT or consultants.

During your work, you will coordinate with stakeholders and keep them informed with progress reports.


We have a number of major challenges ahead of us, including opening a new warehouse abroad, implementing SAP S/4HANA throughout our supply chain and preparing to implement a TMS.

We are looking for additional support as our team is heavily involved in both projects and is responsible for ensuring the projects run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.


Meet your team:


The Supply Chain Support & Process department is part of the Process Development and Support department in the supply chain and consists of Process Managers and Process Experts, each with their own area of expertise.

We have Process Experts for Inbound, Supply Chain Planning, Distribution Centres, Outbound and Transport.

As a team, you will ensure that Action's supply chain runs as smoothly as possible so the hundreds of thousands of products reach our 2500+ stores every day.

This is you:

You feel at home in a dynamic, vibrant environment. Your affinity with systems and your curiosity enable you to familiarise yourself with systems and processes in no time. You also take a structured approach to your work and have strong analytical skills.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar
  • One to three years of work experience in the transport field
  • An affinity for process improvements
  • You have a strong verbal and written communication skill in English
