    Wij zijn op zoek naar jou als onze Front Office Associate in The College Hotel, Autoraph Collection by Marriott. The College Hotel is een van de hotspots in Oud-Zuid. Het hotel is gehuisvest in een stijlvol 19e-eeuws gebouw, dat in 1895 als school werd geopend. Je kunt de nacht doorbrengen in, wat vroeger, het wiskundelokaal, het biologielokaal of misschien het economielokaal was. Het hotel is geharmoniseerd met "state of the art" design met respect voor authenticiteit. Elke kamer is uniek en heeft zijn eigen bijzonderheden uit het verleden. Met de opening van Mondi in de zomer van 2021 heeft de hoofdstad er een unieke culinaire hotspot bijgekregen. De fantastische locatie, het iconische boutique hotel The College, maakt een avondje uit eten extra bijzonder. The College Hotel is nu een franchise van Marriott wat de volledige naam veranderd heeft naar:
    The College Hotel, Autograph Collection by Marriott. Dit brengt nieuwe uitdagingen met zich mee. Voor jou als werknemer levert dit interessante benefits op zoals korting bij andere Marriott brands en extra trainingen voor jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling en groei The College Hotel is de afgelopen maanden flink gerenoveerd en we hebben geweldige nieuwe kamers.

    Wat houdt de functie in?

    Als onze Front Office Associate ben jij het gezicht van het hotel en zorg je voor een warm welkom aan de gasten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dienstverlening aan de gasten. Denk hierbij aan het verstrekken van toeristische informatie, het behandelen van alle vragen en klachten van gasten, het aannemen en doorgeven van berichten, maar ook werkzaamheden als het bedienen van de telefooncentrale en het bijhouden van de administratie. Daarnaast verzorg je verkoopactiviteiten en zorg je voor de presentatie van de werkomgeving. Je draagt ​​actief bij aan verbetervoorstellen binnen het Front Office Team. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor de registratie, facturatie en administratie.

    Acquisitie

    Acquisitie naar aanleiding van deze vacature wordt niet op prijs gesteld.

    Met deze vacature werven wij zelf onze nieuwe collega's. Commerciële telefoontjes van bemiddelingsbureaus naar de HR collega's van de hotels hebben daarom geen zin en worden ook niet in behandeling genomen.
