Specializing in treating metal parts to enhance their strength or achieve other desired properties, this company utilizes state-of-the-art ovens to conduct nearly all known treatments at a very high level.
And do you love working in an environment where the heat reminds you of a Spanish summer? As an Operator, you will first undergo a training program of approximately 1.In your role, you will be responsible for various production support tasks in a 3-shift system (from 6:00 am to 2:15 pm, from 2:00 pm to 10:15 pm, and from 10:00 pm to 6:15 am).
You will go through the entire process, from packaging to shipping orders, and ensure smooth operations along with your team.
Gathering and sorting products according to procedures;Performing various tasks such as blasting, insulating, soldering, leak testing, etc.;
Internal transport and loading of products for shipping according to instructions.
As mentioned earlier, this training program lasts approximately 1 to 1.In the first week, you will always work in day shift to get to know your colleagues, the company, and the process, after which you will be assigned to shifts.
You may start in 2 shifts for a while, but the ultimate goal is always to transition to the 3-shift system.
Our ideal candidate is someone who excels in teamwork, is flexible, and highly motivated. Speak and write English and/or Dutch fluently, or are willing to learn the Dutch language;Stable and rapidly growing company with the possibility of a permanent contract after an agreed period;
Shift allowance of 15% in 2 shifts, and 22.5% in 3 shifts, with potential for salary and role advancement;
Collaboration with a skilled team to achieve goals and reflect on a satisfying workday and plan;
