Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor who will lead a team of approximately 15 production employees in our international organization. You will work closely together to ensure that the team works as efficiently as possible and follows the correct procedures while motivating employees with your personal approach.The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or in a similar position, knowledge of IT equipment and technology, very good knowledge of English (Dutch is a plus), clear planning skills for production work adjusting priorities due to unexpected deliveries,
dexterity with computer systems. We offer competitive salary between € 2.800,- and € 3.500,- per month based on 40 working hours week; holiday pay; commuting costs;
