Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented (Senior) Consultant with a focus on the insurance sector to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in advising our clients on strategies & transformations, driving transformational initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with clients to conduct thorough assessments of their existing GRC frameworks, identifying areas for improvement and enhancement.

· Develop and implement customized GRC strategies and solutions aligned with clients business goals and regulatory requirements.

· Provide expert guidance and support to clients in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

· Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard clients against emerging threats and vulnerabilities.

· Design and deliver GRC training programs and workshops to enhance clients internal capabilities and awareness.

· Lead GRC projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.

· Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in the insurance sector, and incorporate relevant insights into client engagements.

· Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and driving long-term value through continuous collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

· Master's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting environment, with a focus on insurance.

· Proven track record of working on insurance transformations as a business analyst, consultant, or project manager.

· Fluent in Dutch, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Resides in the Netherlands with a valid work permit.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complexC concepts into actionable recommendations.

· Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
