- Expertise in developing closed patented systems or complex plastic solutions.
- Experience in managing the entire technology platform lifecycle, including continuous improvements of product and tooling over their lifetime.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrix.
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and industrialization, including process optimization, standards of operation and tooling development.
- Expertise in developing testing and verification procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field, such as materials science or chemical engineering. Advanced degree preferred.
