Jouw nieuwe baan
In deze functie werk je in een multidisciplinair team met korte lijnen. Het team wordt gevormd door onder ander 3 internisten, 2 somnologen, 1 reumatoloog en 2 pijnspecialisten. Enkele medisch secretaresses ondersteunen en verzorgen de poli-voorbereiding. Ook werk je samen met een aantal diëtisten, psychologen en psychosomatische ergotherapeuten, fysiotherapeuten en oefentherapeuten.
Als internist lever jij hoog complexe zorg aan met name patiënten met ME/CVS en post-COVID. Hier zie je alleen de ziekste patiënten. De helft van de patiëntenpopulatie is ene nieuwe patiënt. De overige helft betreft terugkompatiënten voor MD behandeling of begeleiding. Dit is een functie zónder diensten, omdat het draaien van poli enkel overdag gebeurt. Voor het zien van een patiënt staat 45 minuten, plus 15 minuten voor de administratieve afronding. Hybride werken is mogelijk door middel van beeldbelafspraken. Jouw activiteitenKortom: een zelfstandige en veelzijdige poliklinische functie zonder diensten.

Deze zorgaanbieder biedt hoogcomplexe zorg vanuit meerdere labels die zij voert, waaronder een vermoeidheidkliniek, een Post-COVID kliniek en slaapkliniek. Dit centrum is ZKN-gecertificeerd en nauw betrokken bij wetenschappelijk onderzoek en richtlijnontwikkeling. Haar vermoeidheidkliniek is toonaangevend in Nederland. De Post-COVID Kliniek fungeert als expertisekliniek. Het centrum is primaire partner voor het consortium binnen Amsterdam UMC voor ME/CVS en Post-COVID-onderzoek.
Wat breng je mee?
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Een salaris op basis van AMS, omgerekend naar 40-urige werkweek, bedraagt minimaal 6.396 euro en maximaal euro bruto per maand. Verder geldt de cao ZKN. Je start meteen met een vaste aanstelling. Je werkt minimaal 24 uur, verspreid over 3 dagen per week. Verder bestaat het aanbod uit onder andere:
