- Je organiseert en beheert de planning van de pasdagen om ervoor te zorgen dat alle pasmonsters in overeenstemming zijn met de huidige passtandaard.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aftekenen van alle pas- en pre-productieafspraken, maatspecificaties, productkwaliteit en productinformatie.
- Je boordeelt en verbetert de pasvorm en kwaliteit van onze collecties.
- Je voert de fits en aanpassingen op onze modellen uit.
- Je draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van bestaande styles.
- Je hebt contact met leveranciers.
- Minstens 5-7 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie in technische ontwikkeling;
- Gediplomeerd in modetechnologie, kledingtechnologie en patroon snijden;
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken, 'hands-on' mentaliteit, prioriteiten kunnen stellen;
- Flexibel, accuraat, gestructureerd, verantwoordelijk, resultaatgericht en kan goed onder druk werken;
- Vaststellen van kwaliteitscontrolestandaarden;
- Werken als een echte teamspeler;
- Op de hoogte zijn van trends en marktontwikkelingen;
- Monsters beoordelen en kwaliteitsnormen bewaken.

Wie zijn wij?
In 1986 zijn de merken Moustache en Emanuelle samengevoegd tot het merk Mexx. Het doel van Mexx is om een casual doch moderne levensstijl te creëren voor mensen die alles uit het leven willen halen. Mexx is een internationale, jonge en snel schakelende organisatie met een informele en familiaire bedrijfscultuur en met de ambitie om een prominente plaats in de markt in te nemen.
Naar wie zijn wij op zoek?
Als senior product developer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de afwerking en pasvormen van onze Mexx collecties. In nauwe samenwerking met het ontwerpteam ontwikkel je alle technische instructies van onze nieuwste producten. Je volgt en analyseert nauwgezet marktontwikkelingen, pasvormen en silhouetten van onze concurrenten en je bent geïnteresseerd in het leren over nieuwe digitale tools. Je bent de expert op het gebied van kwaliteit en pasvorm en beheert producten van hoge kwaliteit vanaf het ontwerpidee tot aan de levering. Als collega ben je een positief en motiverend lid van het team.
Wat ga je o.a. doen?
Je adviseert ons ontwerp- en inkoopteam vanuit een technisch oogpunt met betrekking tot het passen.
