Role Description
Oakberry Amsterdam is seeking a part-time Counter Attendant to join our team at our on-site location in Amsterdam West. The Counter Attendant is responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, preparing the açai bowls, smoothies, and handling payment transactions. The Counter Attendant must be friendly, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, food service, or a related field preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Fluent in English. Dutch and Portuguese is a plus.
• Follow OAKBERRY franchise standards and understanding of OAKBERRY products;
• Flexible working hours (week days & weekends)
• Available to work in the summer
