We are looking for a enthusiastic and responsible addition to our front desk reception team who will partly work as night auditor and partly day shifts.
As front desk receptionist you will be trained to be responsible for a wide variety of reception tasks like checking guests in and out, answering calls, keeping an eye on the hotel and inform guests about all that Amsterdam has to offer.
Primary tasks/responsibilities;
- Checking hotel guests in and out
- Preparing reservations for guests
- Taking payments
- Answering the phone
- Being flexible to help out the rest of the team and our guests where ever you can
- Offering information and service to our (potential) guests
Profile;
- Highly customer
- Responsible
- Independent worker
- Experience as a receptionist / night auditor
- Proper communication skills
- Fluent in English
