- Reporting to the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef, you will be responsible to supervise the assigned station of the kitchen.
- You will be working with a dynamic team, together you create the best dining experience for the guest in our hotel.
- You will plan and execute menus in collaboration with the other colleagues.
- Consistent achievement of the food production, preparation and presentation. Quality assurance of all produced items and monitor the consistency of the daily operation.
- Accomplish change, you will work closely with the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef to achieve improvement.

- You follow all the safety and security policies and procedures of the company.
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health.
- Complete opening and/or closing duties. Supervise all cleanliness in the kitchen according HACCP.
