    Introductie

    Organisatie

    Shared Ambition is onderdeel van Zorg van de Zaak Netwerk. Zorg van de Zaak Netwerk levert dienstverlening die nodig is om medewerkers van onze opdrachtgevers gezond aan het werk te houden. Binnen onze organisatie werken specialisten samen op het gebied van bedrijfsgezondheidszorg, leefstijlzorg en medische zorg. Onze visie is dat werken gelukkiger maakt. Wie gezond en prettig werkt, verzuimt minder, is productiever en draagt bij aan een beter bedrijfsresultaat. Zorg van de Zaak Netwerk helpt bedrijven daarom om hun mensen optimaal aan het werk te krijgen en te houden. Dat is winst voor werkgever én werknemer.

    Shared Ambition is een landelijk opererende franchiseorganisatie op het gebied van arbeid gerelateerde psychologische zorg. Een bedrijf dat in dit specifiek vakgebied wordt gezien als autoriteit, wiens expertise gezocht wordt en waarnaar verwezen wordt als referentie binnen dat vakgebied. Ons bedrijf adviseert en ondersteunt organisaties die willen sturen op thema's als gezondheidsmanagement en vitaliteit en die psychisch verzuim structureel willen terugdringen. Wij helpen medewerkers om hun mentale balans te behouden of terug te vinden. Door de enorme groei die wij de afgelopen jaren hebben doorgemaakt, zijn de ondersteunende functies van nog groter belang geworden.

    Functie

    In de functie van Business Support medewerker ondersteun je, samen met je collega's van Business Support, zowel de franchisegever als de franchisenemers.


    • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij telefonisch contact.


    • Je verricht diverse administratieve afhandelingen, zoals aanmeldingen verwerken, klantbeheer, offertetrajecten, declaratie afhandelingen en administratieve handelingen voor andere interne afdelingen.


    • Je beheert samen met je collega's de algemene mailbox van de organisatie.

    Functie-eisen


    • Minimaal een afgeronde MBO 4 opleiding met relevante werkervaring danwel HBO werk- en denkniveau.


    • Kennis van Microsoft Office 365.


    • Ervaring met financiële administratie is een pre.


    • Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, in woord en geschrift.


    • Werkt servicegericht en accuraat.


    • Niet bang om door te denken en door te vragen.


    • Positieve en frisse mindset.


    • Teamplayer, kan denken in het grote belang.

    Aanbod


    • Een gedreven team collega's (5 FTE). Je gaat een collega -die met pensioen gaat- vervangen.


    • Bruto salaris van € ,- op basis van een 40-urige werkweek.


    • 30 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld.


    • Mogelijkheid tot deels thuiswerken waarbij in contact zijn met je collega's uiteraard voorop staat.


    • Een ISO-gecertificeerde organisatie.


    • Mogelijkheid om continue te blijven leren, en daarmee jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen.
