What you will be doing:

As a vital member of our team, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of daily logistics operations encompassing Shipping, Inbound, and Outbound processes. Based at our headquarters in Rijswijk, you'll oversee the entire logistical chain from liaising with our global network of vendors to managing operations at our warehouse and printing facility in Romania, all the way to delivering exceptional service to our European clientele.

What will your responsibilities entail? You'll be in constant communication with carriers, orchestrating smooth logistics flows. Your frontline involvement means you'll be hands-on in managing inventory, leveraging your expertise daily from behind the computer screen. Our overarching goal? To deliver an optimal customer experience, every single day.

Your key duties include:

Handling administrative tasks related to logistics flow

Monitoring mailboxes and fielding calls from our internal sales department and transporters

Verifying and processing invoices from logistics partners

Inputting or adjusting data in the system as required

Assisting colleagues with various tasks

What we are looking for:

A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (MBO or HBO)

Precision, excellent communication, adaptability, and proactiveness

Proficiency with ERP systems

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team

Proficiency in English (both verbal and written), with knowledge of Dutch being advantageous

Strong Excel skills

Robust administrative capabilities

Flexibility and quick adaptability

Ambition to assume ownership of the role and grow within it in the years to come
