    WAT GA JE DOEN?

    Onze opdrachtgever in Den Bosch is één van de grootste logistiek dienstverleners van Nederland. Ze doen de dienstverlening voor bedrijven zoals Intratuin, Mediamarkt en Nespresso en zijn per direct op zoek naar nieuwe magazijnmedewerkers.

    Het mooie van dit bedrijf is dat ze mensen zonder enige ervaring in de logistiek toch de mogelijkheid bieden om in deze sector aan het werk te gaan. Dit is mogelijk omdat het werk bij het bedrijf niet heel erg moeilijk is en dat ze je daarnaast ook goed inwerken en begeleiden. Je kunt hier als logistiek medewerker beginnen en er zijn doorgroeimogelijkheden in alle richtingen. Zo zou je later als receiver, troubleshooter, reachtruckchauffeur of zelfs als teamleider aan de slag kunnen gaan.

    In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor allerlei leuk en afwisselende logistieke werkzaamheden. Denk hierbij aan het picken van orders, het uitsorteren van pallets, het insealen van pallets, het klaarzetten van zendingen en het opgeruimd houden van het magazijn. Je werkt samen in een zeer gemixt en multicultureel team. Het werk is fysiek niet zo zwaar en daarom heel erg geschikt voor zowel mannen als vrouwen.

    Binnen het bedrijf wordt gewerkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag en dit in 2 ploegen. De ene ploeg is van 6:00 tot 15:00 uur en de andere ploeg is van 15:00 tot 00:00 uur. Dit schema wisselt wekelijks en je werkt altijd 40 tot 42 uur per week.

    Het bedrijf ligt centraal in Den Bosch en is goed met de fiets te bereiken.

    Bij het bedrijf krijg je de kans om jezelf te laten zien, te groeien en uiteindelijk ook bij het bedrijf zelf in dienst te gaan.

    WAT MOET JE IN HUIS HEBBEN?

    • Je bent bereid om vast in 2 ploegen te werken
    • Je bent fulltime beschikbaar
    • Je bent fysiek fit
    • Je bent voor de lange termijn beschikbaar
    • Je spreekt de Nederlandse of Engelse taal

    HOE WE JE TERUGBETALEN?

    Het basis uurloon voor deze functie staat op €11,87 bruto. Na 18:00 uur geldt er een toeslag van 20% en komt het uurloon in totaal al uit op €14,24. Jouw rooster wisselt om de week. Dus de ene week werk je in een dienst tegen €11,87 en de andere week tegen €14,24.

    Daarmee kom je op een gemiddeld uurloon van €12,72 in een periode van 4 weken.
