Do you want to use your expertise in a fast-paced and ambitious environment? For our new warehouse in Bergen op Zoom, are we looking for an Operations Manager with a passion for Logistics & Supply Chain.

What does your day look like as an Operations Manager

• You will maintain the day-to-day operational focus and lead the operational team on daily basis
• You will work in the warehouse according to the LEAN philosophy and take charge of operational implementations, evaluations & budgets
• Training the team
• You are responsible for a safe working environment
• Managing customer expectations/statistics and implementing KPIs
• You will report to the Site Manager/Director

What do you need to be successful

• Master's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent through experience
• At least 5-10 years of experience in a warehouse environment and the necessary maturity
• Lean background is needed
• You can be discribed as a problem solving thinker
• Knowledge of WMS systems
• You have experience in/with a 3 PL organisation
• You speak and write fluently English. If you also speak Dutch is that an advantage.
