We are currently looking for a new addition to our team that acts as a Lois ambassador, embodying our shared values and effectively communicating them to our in-store customers.

• Providing a premium customer service level by communicating in depth product knowledge to advise clients on models and fits.
• Managing the Lois Galería sales team.
• Work closely with international store managers.
• Seasonal buying and reordering for the store.
• Responsible for staff management including scheduling and performance feedback.
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships and able to personalize future opportunities with clients.
• Maintaining perfect store visual and organization standards.
• Taking on store opening and closing procedures.
• Communicating personal customer orders and alterations to manager and team.
