- Dagelijks leidinggeven aan +/- 15 magazijnmedewerkers
- Voorbereiden van werkschema's, personeels- en magazijnplanning
- Coachen en stimuleren van een continue verbetercultuur
- Proactief sturen op KPI's en afdelingsdoelen
- Selecteren, introduceren en trainen van nieuwe medewerkers
- Bijwonen van vergaderingen over veiligheid, kwaliteit, service, productiviteit en personeel
- Initiatief tonen om verbeteringen door te voeren op de afdeling
- Verantwoordelijk voor werkplekorganisatie (5S) en prestatieregistraties
- Werkvergaderingen animeren
- Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van magazijnoperators en multi skilled operators
- Veiligheid altijd als nummer 1 prioriteit hebben
- Je bent bereid om in twee ploegen te werken;
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen van een magazijnteam;
- Beheersing van de Engelse en Nederlandse taal;
- Goede communicatievaardigheden om het team te enthousiasmeren en motiveren
- Bruto maandsalaris van € 3478,- exclusief ploegentoeslag en uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden;
- Je maakt elk kwartaal kans op een bonus;
