Role and responsibilities

Through our management traineeship, you will unlock your potential and develop a well-rounded understanding of ASML. Every 6 to 12 months, you will rotate into a new and diverse assignment (leading to 4 assignments in total).You will have the opportunity to undertake various roles within different technical sectors at ASML.While you'lloperate in a technical environment, your role will not require a focus on any specific technical expertise. Instead, the assignments will challenge you to incorporate various skills and a high over perspective to find a solution.
