    POSITION OVERVIEW

    The Order Management Specialist is responsible for taking in and tracking orders from customers, ensuring accuracy of orders, availability of product and timely processing.

    MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process and track orders from customers;
  • Review and enter orders accurately in the database;
  • Follow orders through to completion, working with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues that delay timely processing;
  • Process high volume of orders;
  • Use database, email exchanges, the internet and appropriate personnel throughout the company to troubleshoot;
  • Answer incoming calls in support of sales team;
  • Interact with customers regarding updates on their shipments and deliveries;
  • Create and send quotations and agreements in line with Hyva's price policies;
  • Ensure correct administrative completions of sales orders, such as the processing in the ERP system (from order entry to invoicing);
  • Monitor the delivery times and inform the customer.
