    As HR Business Partner you will formulate and implement the HR plan in EMEA for the BU Components in alignment with the overall Hyva organization business objectives & (HR) strategy. Enabling the right people in the right functions and motivating them to perform to their fullest potential is key. The HRBP will report to the CHRO and will be the business partner for the VP BU Components EMEA.

    The ideal senior leader will have +10 years of relevant background as EMEA region HR Business Partner incl. manufacturing, Change Management, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and Talent Management, a high level of business acumen and a master's level of education.

    Preferred location: Krakow (Poland) or Alphen aan den Rijn (The Netherlands).
