The Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement clear procedures, work instructions, and training documentation.
• Analyze and report logistics process data, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide solicited and unsolicited advice to logistics departments.
• Implement improvement programs to enhance quality, delivery, and reduce costs.
• Ensure the quality, capacity, and efficiency of logistics resources.
• Continuously evaluate costs and revenues for improvement proposals.
• Act as a representative of the company during customer audits.

The Profile

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficiency in English (oral and written), Dutch is good to have.
• 2 Plus years of experience in process analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience in a logistics environment.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement/lean programs (Green Belt).
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D methodologies.
• Good understanding of ERP systems.
• Experience with warehouse layout, warehouse, and transport management systems.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum HBO education, preferably in Logistics or Business Administration.
• Alternatively, HBO-level thinking and working gained through at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
