- Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize and improve business processes and efficiency of Business User working in Microsoft ERP systems.
- Assist with ERP audits based on Local EU regulations, assist with Administering Security and Access based on user roles.
- Provide Business user support in day-to-day operations with new ERP functionality Testing, Training, documentation.
- Create training manuals as well as documentation of enhancements and assist with new functionality roll out and user assistance.
- Assist with new Microsoft Cloud based D365 ERP implementation working along Microsoft partners, third party Vendors, Contractors and IT team spread across the globe in different time-zones.
- Follow CSI change control process for modifications to CSI ERPs
- 4+ years of work experience in
- Support and maintenance of ERP Systems /preferable Microsoft Dynamics ERP
- Experience working with IT Team for implementing ERP systems.
- Well versed in warehouse management, Supply Chain processes, handheld devices/ bar code scanners
- Experience setup, configuration support for Shipping carrier services, Consignor (nShift) Shipping Add-on product
- Experience working in Microsoft DevOps and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in implementing data models with ability to understand and interact in data model discussions on business and technical level.
- Experience working with process design, including translation to process flow diagrams.
- Knowledge of and experience with master data in various source systems, such as Navision, D365 F&O/CE, etc.
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with Excel, including PowerBI.
- Efficiently implement, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of business processes including Supply Chain Management, Service Management and Distribution
- Willing to work in different time zones and ready to travel abroad (25%)

Position
In the role as Microsoft Dynamics Functional Specialist, you will be responsible for support ,maintenance and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics Navision and assist with the deployment of D365 in EMEA. The role also includes partnering with stakeholders and define requirements and deliver solutions. You will play a central role in technical support, training and documentation within our warehouse functions, while working close with IT Team, Shipping Carrier services and Consignor. Being family with EU regulations and assisting in IT system audits is also part of the role.
