Als Customer Care Specialist streeft jij naar premium service in het afhandelen van complexe of juridische klantvragen. Je bent onderdeel van een gedreven en nauw verbonden team dat zich volledig inzet voor onze gewaardeerde klanten. Het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor zowel B2B- als B2C-klanten en bied ondersteuning aan de Contact Center Agents, Sales en Technici bij meer complexere vragen en klachten;
In samenspraak met de field service technici en klanten, voorstellen formuleren voor omruilingen;
Electrolux is een Zweedse multinationale fabrikant van huishoudelijke apparatuur met een kantoor in Alphen aan den Rijn.
