Quality inspector - kwaliteitsmedewerker

The Quality Inspector is responsible for coordinating and performing quality inspections on products and components throughout the manufacturing process from receiving inspection through final release.

The Quality Inspector coordinates and performs monitoring of products, processes and manufacturing areas and performs administrative tasks for QA. The Quality Inspector reports to the Quality Manager.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Coordinate and perform receiving inspections
Coordinate and perform label inspections
Coordinate and perform stockings (after sterilization)
Coordinate and perform inprocess QA inspection
Coordinate and perform final inspections and release of products
Coordinate and perform monitoring of processes
Review and filing of Device History Records such as production routers and sterilization certificates
Issue and coordinate NCMR's
Perform cleanroom monitoring (Particle and Bio)
Support product biomonitoring
Support documentation control activities
Support employee training and maintenance of training records
Support handling and logistics of contaminated products
Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Back up for the other Quality inspectors.

Requested profile

MBO+ level, Minimum 3 years' experience, preferably in industry environment with high Quality Standards, such as Medical Device industry or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Very high sense of Quality and Accuracy working accurately and carefully.
Experienced in working with English written work instructions and having experience in Good Document Practice.
Preferably experience with Clean room work (Clean working and proper personal hygiene).
Good communication skills, good knowledge of the English and Dutch language, spoken and written.
Enthusiasm in working independently and collaborating in a team, willing to go the extra steps to confirm the best possible quality product for the end user (Patients).
