At Moving24, design plays a crucial role in shaping how users move, connect, and experience trust online. As our Senior Product Designer, you'll take ownership of the full design lifecycle, from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery, across both consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) experiences.
Lead Design End-to-End: Own the design process, from defining problems to testing solutions. You'll transform ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that ship fast and make an impact.
Drive User Understanding: Plan and run user interviews and usability tests independently. Turn insights into actionable design improvements and validate your work through A/B tests or experiments.
Design for Speed & Impact: You'll work in 6-weeks build cycles using the Shape Up methodology. That means designing iteratively, prioritizing clarity over perfection, and focusing on delivering value every cycle.
Maintain and Evolve our Design System: Help structure and evolve our design system in Figma. You'll ensure consistency and usability across products, both by creating new components and optimizing how we use them.
Partner with Data & Product: Collaborate with Product Managers, BI, and Developers to translate data and business goals into user-centred design decisions. You're comfortable discussing KPIs, running design experiments, and iterating based on what performs.
Collaborate Across Squads: You'll work across two teams, adapting priorities without losing momentum. You thrive in ambiguity, balancing multiple initiatives while keeping design quality high.

This is you
- Substantial hands-on experience designing and shipping digital products in tech, start-up, or scale-up environments.
- Proven track record of designing user-facing products that shipped and evolved.
- Experience running user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses.
- Solid understanding of behavioural design and UX best practices: your designs feel intuitive, purposeful, and backed by user psychology.
- Mastery of Figma and ability to organize and optimize shared design systems.
- Experience working in agile or Shape Up-like environments, where design and delivery happen fast.
- Marketplace or multi-sided platform experience is a plus.
- You love experimenting: launching, measuring, and improving rather than polishing endlessly.
- You're proactive and can lead initiatives without needing heavy supervision or research support.
- You communicate clearly, balancing creativity with analytical reasoning.
- You bring energy, curiosity, and a pragmatic 'Let's ship it' attitude to your work.
