    Reports to (Position): Divisional Head OE Sales

    Department/Function: OE Sales Europe

    Short description of the work field:

    We are expanding our OE Sales team in Amsterdam and are seeking a Key Account Manager OE to join our commercial organization. In this role, you'll manage and grow key OEM accounts, with a strategic importance to Apollo Tyres globally, through proactive commercial strategies and relationship building. You will handle account planning, pricing, negotiations, and forecasting for strategic OE accounts with a significant growth potentially globally.

    This position reports directly to the Divisional Head OE Sales.

    What will be your role in more detail?

    • Manage day-to-day operations of major and strategic OEM key accounts
    • Prepare commercial offers and support price negotiations
    • Forecast volumes and sales
    • Collaborate with logistics, planning, and supply chain to ensure delivery
    • Monitor product development progress, timeline achievement, customer satisfaction and lead improvement initiatives
    • Analyze performance and prepare account reviews

With solid market understanding and a sharp eye for risk, you manage key accounts confidently and protect the business from potential OEM penalties.

    Strong English skills are essential; German proficiency is a major asset.

    Do you have what it takes? (requirements)

    • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
    • 3+ years' experience as a KAM (or similar) in automotive or industrial sectors
    • Experience with OEMs is a strong advantage
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong Excel skills and ability to use data for decision-making
    • Ability to influence without authority
